About Spring Ridge
Set in Basking Ridge, the Spring Ridge Community consists of mostly condominium homes ranging from 1-bedroom units to 2-bedroom+ units. There are 1,040 condo’s priced from approximately $200,000 to $300,000. There are also 80 Duplex homes and 30 single family detached homes, ranging in price from approximately $400,000 to $500,000.

Basking Ridge, or Bernards Township as it known, also has 2 train stations in town. The Lyons Station and the BR Station, both on Gladstone branch of the Morris & Essex NJT line. This makes for living in Basking Ridge, a very easy and convenient commute to New York City and all points in between.
As far as shopping and services go, there are plenty! One mile from the center of Spring Ridge is the Dewy Meadow Shopping Center. The big A&P with a Pharmacy provides local residents all of their grocery and drug store needs. Plus, Dewy Meadow contains about another 15 or so stores- from the Dunkin Donuts to Ridge Fine Wines. There is a AT&T store, Millington Savings bank and Cafe’ Figaro and Pizza, plus many more.
Among the many big name corporations either headquartered or situated in Basking Ridge, are Verizon, Avaya, Celgene, Chubb, Hitachi, and Sloan Kettering which are all located here in Bernards Township. Basking Ridge is regarded as one of the most desirable places to live and work in New Jersey.
Education is tops in Bernards as well. Ridge High School is one of the top 5 public high schools in NJ, while the private Pingry School is simple one of the best schools all around. The Annin middle school in town is also on the “best of” list in the state.
Recreation in town is well covered, as Basking Ridge boasts 4 major parks with soccer and baseball fields, tennis courts, walking/jogging paths and a town pool. Another well known attraction is the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, situated near Lord Stirling Park and Stables. The 6,818 acre refuge and bird sanctuary is home to many very old beech and oak trees, various species of flowers and plants and over 200 species of birds- including an abundance of Raptors.
Close by to Spring Ridge is the 70 acre historic English Farm and a bit further away in town is Crane Farm. Both of these well known farms provide their own grown vegetables and produce, local baked goods and farm fresh eggs.
